Return & Shipping Policy

Fine Jewelry or Trunk Show purchased online and in store can be returned to Studio Penny Lane Headquarters for exchange or store credit only within 10 days of receiving the item. Pieces must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Pieces that have been special ordered or sized are final sale. 
Sales are final on swimwear, skincare & promotional and sale items for both ready to wear and Fine Jewelry. Please note Fine Jewelry on sale does not come with a branded pouch.

In- store items purchased in high season (July - September) can be returned to our location 2 James Bartleman Way for exchange or store credit only within 3 business days (excluding Fine Jewelry). Exchanges are available in-store only.
Item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging, with the original tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Studio Penny Lane and that Studio Penny Lane reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: All Fine Jewelry shipments are sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED to insure the safe arrival of your package. Studio Penny Lane is not responsible for the package delivery i.e. missing, stolen, damaged or lost packages.

Studio Penny Lane is not responsible for duties and taxes and taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal & international provincial tax legislation.
