Return Policy

In-store purchases may be returned to a Penny Lane Boutique's store location and online purchases may be returned in-store or by mail (penny lane is not responsible for any shipping costs), within 10 days of the purchase date, for store credit only. 

The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging, with the original tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Penny Lane Boutique and that Penny Lane Boutique reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.

Exchanges are available in-store only.

Sales are final on swimwear, skincare & promotional and sale items.
